The white wine of Château Trois Collines presents a minerality characteristics on the nose followed by fruity and herbacious hints. Rich mouth feeling and elegant at the same time. Its creamy texture makes an excellent balance with the dry bone crispiness and the high acidity of the Assyrtiko. Full bodied, concentrated wine with finesse, complexity and long aftertaste.
Recommended serving temperature between 10 °C and 12 °C to keep 2 to 5 years in your cellar, its evolution is even more surprising than its present structure!
